Navman has released a new range of portable GPS units with an emphasis on ease of use. They are designed for first time GPS users and particularly for those who want something very easy to operate and don’t want to grapple with hard to understand technology.
The new GPS systems feature a simplified menu and layout. The menu items are large and there are fewer of them to make it very easy to operate.
Navman say that the ease of use factor doesn’t mean a compromise in navigation features. The new models both have landmark guidance where a significant landmark is used in directions such as “turn right at the petrol station”. The EZY range also features a Smart Route feature which utilises traffic records to suggest the best route given the conditions.
The Navman EZY30 and Navman EZY40 can be purchased online. Ryda has savings off the list price and free accessories as part of the deal.
